Returns Policy

UK's top provider of hardtops and tonneau covers for all UK 4×4 pick-up models.

When you purchase your product/s if you are not totally satisfied with it you need to notify us in writing within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods. You will then need to send them back to us for a full refund or replacement.

Please note this does not include bespoke/ special orders that have been modified to meet pre agreed requirements.

The product has to be returned in a saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched or damaged in any way.

If the product achieves all the requirements stated you are entitled to a full replacement or a refund either in the original payment method or, at our discretion, bank transfer, Paypal or cash. If it does not qualify for a full refund you may be entitled to a partial refund, this is decided on a case to case basis.

You must take care of products whilst they are in your possession and, if you are returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that Tops4Trucks receives them and that they are not damaged in transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed or do not carry the correct postage, and become damaged as a result, Tops4Trucks may have a claim against you. For this reason all items returned must be repackaged in a comparable way that they were delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you insure the return delivery.

The customer has to pay for all return delivery costs, including any customs charges or Taxes.

We do not refund the return delivery cost or the original delivery cost
